4 Questions with The Business End

The Business End

Out of the San Fran Bay Area, The Business End seals the deal with an energetic power trio reminiscent of early Green Day. Mike Ward, guitar/vocals, shares some insight into the band’s plans for World domination:

1) Why should people pay attention to your band?
Because if they don’t, our feelings will be hurt and we’ll have to start jumping up and down screaming, “Hey!  Look what I can do!” until we’re blue in the face.  C’mon.  No one wants to see grown men do that.  Also, we’re pretty good.

2) Why did you decide to give Mohawk Bomb a try?
We really liked the name.  It sounds like a new kind of candy!  Mmmm.  Candy.  We also like their mission statement and stuff.

3) What are your plans for 2008? Music? Touring? Videos?
First thing we gotta do is get our drummer outta the slammer.  After that, we hope to travel to Germany and then record some new stuff.

4) In the long term, what do you hope to accomplish with your music? Goals?
We’d like to continue doing what we love for as long as possible… what we love includes (but is not limited to): Playing shows, making people happy, making fun of each other’s facial hair or lack thereof, meeting new people, singing along at the opera and writing music.
