My band Rise of Saturn won a contest last week on Citrus 95.3, the biggest radio station on the Nature Coast. The contest was a week-long online voting contest hosted by Meg the Intern. The winner got their song played on the radio (on Friday at 9:30pm and 11pm) and gets to take on a new challenger. If we win again, then we get our song played again and the cycle keeps repeating until someone de-thrones us.
As a bonus, I got to do a radio interview with Meg to petition the listeners for more votes. You can tune in online and listen on Friday around 7:30pm.
This isa great opportunity to get some fans outside Tampa Bay. Help us if you can.
