Rise of Saturn Recording Pledge Infomercial
Rise of Saturn is trying to use the Internet to raise $5,000 to record their full length album. This is not a charity thing though. There are rewards for people that invest. To help them explain the rewards, they have made the following infomercial. Thanks to Kevin O’Dunn for making it happen.

Help Save Mohawk Bomb Records!
As you all know, times are tough. Since we started cranking out music in 2008, it has been an uphill battle against low music sales, the tanking economy and the ballooning of music creation costs. It is because of all this that Mohawk Bomb Records is in dire straits. But you can help.
Rise of Saturn has teamed up with Kickstarter to help them raise money to record an album and revive the label.
Essentially, Kickstarter helps people find backers for their creative projects. In return, the fundees (the band) promise to deliver on certain promises. From getting a free CD to getting a custom song written, backers definitely get their money’s worth and help a struggling artist in the process. See the entire list of rewards or click on the widget. You can donate any amount over $1!
If this project fails, we may have to close our doors. Of course, you can also help by purchasing any of our releases too. Regardless, it’s been a fun ride. We hope to stick around for a long time. It’s really… up to you.
