“Flesh and Bone” New Ascending to Avalon Track Posted on Band’s MySpace
Palm Harbor’s Ascending to Avalon have been hard at work on their follow up full-length, Behold the Wicked, at various locations in Pinellas County. To show their progress, the band has posted the first track, “Flesh and Bone”, on their MySpace page.
Singer/guitarist/writer Ryen Gerson shares on the band’s blog:
“‘Behold the Wicked’ is an exercise in being a hard rock band. it takes the heavier sounds we touched on in the EP and magnifies them, it really gets that out of our system. It also touches on sounds we have not explored as a group. I guess in short this record is part heavy rock record and part art rock record, i won’t say any more though
I’ll leave that a surprise for the ones who come to the shows and pick up the record.”
Behold the Wicked is due in April/May 2010.
