Ascending to Avalon Back in the Studio Recording Debut EP
Palm Harbor, FL-based post-grunge rock band, Ascending to Avalon, is heading back into the studio to keep working on ther debut EP. Produced by Ivan Pena and engineered by Wes Price at Polysound Studios, the EP will feature 7 tracks, including “Salvation” which was featured on No Lip Vol. 2.
There is no release date set yet, but fans can expect it in the summer.

Black Diamond Love hails from the City of Angels with a neo-funk, sultry, female-fronted version of Monster Magnet. “Teacher Preacher” is one of the most unique songs on No Lip Vol. 2, with its Latin flavored riff rock and powerful vocals. The band got together and brought up us to speed on the status of the LA Music Scene, replacing their guitarist and learning things the hard way.

Soul Destroyer “Seeing Red” debuts on Rock Solid Pressure Radio Show
London’s Soul Destroyer‘s contribution to No Lip Vol. 2, “Seeing Red”, debuted last week on the nationally syndicated radio show “Rock Solid Pressure“, hosted by J-Rock and Patty.
Currently, Soul Destroyer has about 20 tracks recorded for their 2nd album which they will be releasing through their MySpace page.

Ascending to Avalon’s “Salvation” debuts on 97X Local Motion and The Overflow
Florida’s Ascending to Avalon‘s post-grunge track “Salvation” debuted last night on 97X’s Local Motion radio show. Featured on No Lip Vol. 2, the track was also featured on the UK-based radio show “The Overflow” last week.
Currently, Ascending to Avalon is in the studio working on their debut EP with producer Ivan Pena and engineer Wes Price. The band hopes to release the album by the summer.
